I am a goods owner and need space, how do I get started?

I am a space provider and want to list my vacant space, how do I get started?

If you are a 3PL, Importer, Manufacturer, Retailer or Distributor and have spare capacity, contact us via the functionality “List Space” or call us at +41 41 727 25 72.

Are there minimum volume requirements to book logistics space via Log-hub?

Yes, we have a 100 pallet / 100 sqm, 30 days minimum.

What does the handling fee include?

The handling fee covers the warehouse’s handling in and out of goods.

How do you ensure safety of the products inside Log-hub partner warehouses?

All our warehouse partners are validated to ensure that their facilities and operations meet our quality standards before their space is made available within the Log-hub marketplace.

How is inventory tracked? What happens if there is a discrepancy in the pallet count between the goods owner and the space provider?

The space provider will track inventory in their operational system and will provide regular inventory reporting, including in- and outbound movements. If any deviation would be identified, those are to be highlighted and resolved. If necessary, the Log-hub operations team will support this resolution.

What is the legal arrangement?

Every transaction is covered by a dedicated logistics agreement. Typically, this agreement will be based on the ADSp 2017 standard terms and conditions.

How do you handle liability for the goods that are stored through the Log-hub marketplace?

The liability terms are part of the agreement between the space provider and the goods owner.

Can I get additional insurance coverage for my goods?

Yes, the Log-hub operations team will support you to find a suitable insurance solution.

How would a claim be handled in case of a damage to my goods?

The goods owner will initiate the claims process with the space provider. The Log-hub operations team will support this process and any investigation which may be necessary.

Do I have to pay a commission to Log-hub?

The goods owner does not have to pay a commission to Log-hub. A fee for Log-hub is integrated in the space and handling rates quoted by the space provider.

Do you provide transportation services to or from the warehouses?

If you need transportation services, either your space provider may be of assistance to you, or we at Log-hub are available to help you.

Do you offer case or item pick and fulfillment?
